They asked me to wait for fries for a minute and a half. Fries came out over done. Sausage McMuffin was rubbery. Asked for a caramel frappe. Handed me chocolate. Double cheese burger? More like a double rubber burger. Yuck. Free meal coupons coming but why would I go back?
Teack your people to listen instead of trying to do others things at the same time.
Gave me wrong food in my order and dirty table. I drive almost 60 miles one way to eat at this one. Now it's disappointing to get such poor service and cleanness.
Horrible McDonald's. I would recommend to avoid this place if possible. They will not try to fix a situation for stale food. I received ice cold hard French Fries and their new chicken tenders were as hard as a rock. Not to mention they refuse to give you a large water when asked for. I even offered to pay the $1.00 same as any soft drink but they can "only" give you small cups. Super dissatisfied with this location. They need new management to make this a better facility.
They were crazy busy and messed up my drive through order. Still getting 5 stars for outstanding service when I came in to tell them. Hooked me up with an extra sandwich even for the inconvenience. You've just solidified that you are my drive through on the way to my in-laws.
This is the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to!!! They are rude, lazy, and slow. They always seem to screw something up or many times forget to give us an item. I once ordered a chicken salad and I got home and there was NO chicken on the salad. I called and spoke with the manager who agreed to send me a coupon for a free salad, then never sent the coupon. I have several similar stories that involve complete failure on the part of the employees of this fast food restaurant!!! I have also gone there at night and they were closed before the posted time. Let's give these people more money so they can not do their job right. It's not brain surgery, it's fast food! Never again will I give this McDonald's another cent!!!
